Concert in Tampa Weekending

I will definitely be needing all the coffee today after such an energy-filled amazing weekend.
Friday, I went out for a quick bite before heading over to Target for my weekly shopping trip where I caught this gorgeous sunset. Now that the rainy season seems to have finally moved on, we have been having such colorful sunsets each night.
Saturday was time to hit the road to go to Tampa for the day before going to the Zedd concert that evening. Once we got into town, we stopped to have drinks at the Sail Pavilion on the Riverwalk. We did a lot of walking with the gorgeous views of the water up and down the Riverwalk and out to Harbour Island before heading to Cigar City Brew Pub for dinner.
Then it was time for the show, which did NOT disappoint! It's official - in my opinion the best concerts hands down are when world re-knowned DJ's are spinning. You can't beat the energy, the pyrotechnics, and the all-around technology at these shows. I was wondering how this concert could top Kaskade at SunFest, and it was a tie. Both shows were incredible, and the only thing I preferred about the Kaskade show was that it was at a music festival outdoors under the perfect sky. And the weather this evening was perfect for an outdoor concert, but it was an indoor venue *womp womp*.
One of my favorite parts was when electrified purple glitter fell from the ceiling - who doesn't love purple glitter?
If you follow me on instagram (@greenfashionista) or on snapchat (@greenfashonista) you've probably already seen some of the videos I inundated especially on snap. I shamelessly posted numerous videos because I couldn't get over how amazing the concert was and the energy of the crowd.
I've been to countless concerts of all different genres of music, and most of them being unforgettable amazing shows - but these DJ's have stolen my heart when it comes to how to put on a spectacular show. I now know why Helene is so obsessed with the TomorrowLand music festival in Belgium, it's officially time for me to check out all the fun next year!

Friday Favs

Happy Friday! I'm excited for a weekend without alarm clocks, and for a fun day in Tampa with friends and catching Zedd in concert.
Favorite Beauty Item ~ I've been wanting to try this mask for a while, and finally picked it up recently - and I'm loving it! My face feels and smells amazing after use.
 GlamGlow Supermud Mask

Favorite Mail ~ I was excited to create a custom iPhone case with Caseapp. I had so much fun designing my case, and decided to combine two of my favs - traveling and champagne. Not only is it such a pretty case, but it fits perfectly and protects my iPhone6. If you'd like to join the fun, and design your custom iPhone case enter code GREENFASH20 to save 20% off your order within the next week. Happy creating!
Favorite Fall Wardrobe Purchase ~ I finally pulled the trigger on these ankle booties because I couldn't stop thinking about them. I caught them on sale last week, and couldn't say no. Can't wait for these pretties to arrive.
Kristin Cavallari Laurel Peep Toe Booties

Favorite Weekend Plans ~ After seeing Kaskade at SunFest in May, I couldn't wait to see my next dj perform - so much energy! Looking forward to a day trip to Tampa to meet up with some friends and to see Zedd.

Favorite Fall Piece

Happy Friday Eve! I was on a mission to find this button front faux-suede skirt as it was sold out online and in stores until I magically checked my local mall and they had one left in my size. It's such a pretty skirt, and it's hands down my favorite piece this season.
Skirt and Top {similar} - Express | Boots {similar} - Victoria's Secret | Watch - Kate Spade | Sunnies - Marc Jacobs | Necklace - Perry Street | Cuff - Express | Lipstick - YSL Rose Stiletto
Such a fun skirt for fall that can be dressed up or down. Next time I wear it, I think I'll pair it with some ankle booties instead.

Wanderlust Wednesday ~ Miami

One of my favorite things about living in Florida are how many great cities that are within driving distance for a quick weekend getaway.
Back in August of 2013, four of us headed down to Miami for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and to catch a Rockies-Marlins game since the boys are Rockies fans
We were up bright and early so we appropriately cheersed to the trip with some mimosas and hit the road. We stayed at a boutique hotel called The Richmond on Collins Avenue right on the beach with gorgeous views of the water, and a great pool area. It was also within walking distance to some great bars and restaurants, so it hit all three of our key necessities for picking a place to stay in Miami.
*One must have a Miami Vice while poolside in Miami*
After some beach and pool time, we had some lunch at the pool bar and got ready to go to the baseball game. But of course not without shots and an impromptu dance party in the rooms...
We got to the game super early decked out in our Rockies gear so the boys could go down to the field for pictures and autographs. Plus it was nice to tour the new stadium which even has a Clevelander inside that turned into a club after the game.
*Post game Clevelander fun*
*Yummy midnight snack*
The next morning we had brunch across the street from our hotel at Maxine's Bistro before hitting the road to head back home after a whirlwind weekend. It was such a cute brunch spot with delicious food and cozy one of a kind chairs for seating. We has a chaise lounge, a throne, and an arm chair at our table - love!

Sorry for the fuzzy photos, they were all taken on my iPhone 4 at the time.
