It's Good to be Basic

It's Good to be Basic

I have definitely become one of those girls obsessed with cozy basic tees, and I love how they can be dressed up or down. Add some fun jewelry, your fav pair of jeans, and heels for a fun night out or throw your hair into a ponytail and pair them with shorts and sandals to run some errands around town. LOVE!

A Weekending Good for the Soul

A Weekending Good for the Soul

After all the beach and brunch fun the past several weeks, we had a quiet weekend. I had planned to go out and celebrate with bubbles after receiving really good news at work, but was craving quiet time with my little fam after a sudden loss in the family last week. A day date on Friday, a quick Bar Method sweat session, movie night, and taking lil' miss to the splash pad was just what the doctor ordered.
If you're not blue in the face yet of being sick of all the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale coverage, it's now officially open to everybody and there are plenty of fun items at amazing deals to be had. You can find my fav picks here including this basic tee for less than $12 which was perfect for weekend errands.

My fav moto leggings are still in stock for only $25 (plus sizes are also available), and I can't rave enough about both colors. I love how they can be dressed up or down and will carry you right through to the colder seasons.

Leggings {only $25}Plus Size {also $25}

Lots of fun on Friday, and I'm still forever thankful for my new-ish job. Besides all the other amazing perks, having unlimited PTO truly is priceless. Not counting my days is so free-ing, and it's good for our relationship to have time together just the two of us. We started the day with lunch at Vanbarry's where I had a sandwich with turkey, bacon, avocado, and cream cheese - YUM with a can of my favorite sparkling rosé (they also had multiple flavors of frosé that I'll be trying next time) before moving downtown to grab drinks on the lake and go for a nice walk.

Airy Stripes

Airy Stripes

If there's one thing I can't get enough of in the warmer months it's stripes and airy comfortable dresses. I fell in love with this dress because of the airy sleeves, and it even has pockets! Paired with my favorite wedges, and this to me is comfy-summer perfection.

Summer Whites

Summer Whites

I love rockin' white all year round, it's just so crisp and bright. But there's something about the white on white look in the summer time that I love even more. I just add a fun pop of color... and my favorite local cold brew coffee.

That Summer Glow

That Summer Glow

Between long stressful days (I'm still super happy at the new gig, and actually thrive in the fast paced flow), and wanting that healthy beachy glow we all crave it was time for a stop at my favorite Couture Med Spa for a Hydrafacial. It felt amazing to prep my skin for summer, as it's the only facial designed to cleanse, extract, and hydrate.

There are three convenient Central Florida locations of this fabulous sanctuary in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Ocoee with services that include Botox and fillers, microblading, tattoo removal, trusculpting, laser hair removal, and spa treatments such as facials, peels, and waxing.

After a quick tour of the beautiful facility, I had my face analyzed and was super thankful to hear I only have minimal sun damage so far. Then it was on for the main event - my Hydrafacial! It's a non-invasive, multistep treatment that combines the benefits of next level hydradermabrasion, a chemical peel, automated painless extractions, and a special delivery of antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides.

*I need this decor at home*

My skin feels amazing, and ready for all the summer fun! I'm also loving the effortless glow, and will be wearing my new facial sunscreen that contains true zinc. Perfect for all the pool and beach days coming up.
