Blush Crush

Blush Crush

Two things I can't get enough of are blush tones and cold shoulder details. Run don't walk to scoop up this cozy cold shoulder top which is currently 40% off and available in 4 colors. It's safe to say that I may be collecting more. The temps may be heating up, but even here in Florida this top is perfect for boat days or chilly nights by the fire pit.

Top {40% off} - Caslon | Shorts - Target | Shoes {similar} 33% off - Sperry | Sunnies {similar} 30% off - Tory Burch | Double Ring and Necklace - Kendra Scott | Lipstick - Burt's Bees

.... and can we talk about how Target has done it again with these shorts?

The Other Painted Ladies

The Other Painted Ladies

We hit the ground running in San Francisco, and packed our short time there with several fun tours hitting up all the must-see and of course touristy spots. Our first full day started off with a delicious breakfast at Boudin Bakery before taking the ferry over to Alcatraz.

Top - American Apparel | Jeans {similar} - Rag and Bone | Necklace - Rocksbox | Shoes {30% off} - Adidas | Sunnies - Le Specs | Bag - Deux Lux

On the tour, you're given headphones to wear that you press play on when you get to a certain point. The tour guides are former correctional officers and even a few inmates, and they tell you where to walk and when to stop so they can describe certain places and events from when the prison was open.

After Alcatraz, we took an Uber into town to track down the Painted Ladies and then walked about a mile to find the Full House house which is on Broderick Street. Much to the disappointment of my friend who didn't realize the Painted Ladies were beautifully painted houses on what is known as "post card row". He was looking forward to the other kind of painted ladies that you may find in Key West. But he was a good sport, and let us girls take pictures and pose on the steps of the pretty blue house before making our way over to the Tanner's to see if Uncle Jesse was home.

*So surreal and even more beautiful in person*

1st night in San Francisco and travel style recap here.

Travel Style

Travel Style

Guess who's back? I'm still riding the coattails of an amazing trip to San Francisco and wine country, but I'm not going to lie.... unplugging felt absolutely freeing. So freeing, that I may have lost some of my blogger mojo along the way, and you know what? That's ok. I stopped caring about the unattainable which is the perfectly staged photo, and decided to just fully enjoy myself and life in general.

But can we talk about the amazingness that is this dress? After having it on my wish list for what seemed like forever, and seeing Lindsay rock it fabulously it was time to pull the trigger. From coast to coast, to check in, exploring Fisherman's Wharf and Ghiradelli Square, and trekking up to the infamous Lombard Street this look was the perfect combination of cozy chic.

San Francisco and Napa Valley Packing List

San Francisco and Napa Valley Packing List

As much I love traveling internationally (there's just something so exciting about collecting new stamps on the ol' passport and experiencing new cultures), I could not be more excited about our fast approaching trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley. I rounded up all the essentials on my packing list, and am ready to site-see in style.

Dress - Socialite | Shoes - Adidas | Laundry Bags - Kate Spade | Bag - Deux Lux | Tank {similar} - MinkPink | Necklace - Kendra Scott

I scooped up this cold shoulder dress last week at 40% off, and plan on pairing it with my new favorite shoes and rhinestone Royal Caribbean hat from last year's cruise to Bermuda. A cross-body bag is a must while traveling which keeps your hands free for picture taking and shopping. And how many of you do the same thing as me, and just dump out your suitcase when you get home, and wash absolutely everything since it all gets mixed together for the trip back? Kate Spade has solved this 1st world dilemma with these laundry bags. I will now know what needs to be washed, and what can be worn without washing all the things and creating unnecessary loads of laundry. Now that's darling!

Coffee and Superstars Weekending

Coffee and Superstars Weekending

I love checking out local coffee shops on the weekend, and bonus points if they have a great location down by the water. One of my favorite spots is Caffe di Riverwalk, it has an expansive menu, delectable baked goods, and views of the lake. This weekend, I picked up an iced coffee with skim milk and a few pumps of almond flavoring and sat outside to enjoy the weather and the view.

I also love taking my coffee to enjoy down by the riverwalk. I broke in my beloved superstars (which were super comfy by the way, and will be perfect for our upcoming trip), and lil' miss enjoyed the family time down by the lake.
