It's the most wonderful time of the year

So many sales, so little time! Express has been on point lately with their sales (currently 40% off everything), and I scooped up these pretties last weekend for only $30 ~ stay tuned to see them styled in next week's post! But right now, I'm all about the Nordstrom Fall Sale and Sephora's annual Beauty Insider Event. People ask me all the time why I love Sephora over Ulta and the answer is simple, better sales with zero exclusions. The sale is valid on every single item period.

I'm all about being cozy this time of year, and live in oversized cozy chic sweatshirts, leggings, and stretchy jeans. I had been eyeing these mesh leggings for a year now watching them go in and out of stock, and I finally ordered them last week since they're currently only $23!

Since I loved my cold shoulder Caslon sweatshirt (styled here) that I scooped up last spring, I knew I'd love their side tie sweatshirt as well. Nothing beats cozy chic! And sales too of course!

Nordstrom Sale Picks

There are two things exciting all of us right now, and one of them is the Sephora VIB Sale and the other is the Nordstrom 40% off sale. I built up quite the wishlist at both stores, but had to behave myself when it came to checkout time.

1. Michael Kors Hayley Leather Boot I have some great riding boots from Target, but I've had my eyes set on a fancy pair for a while.

2. T Tahari Belted Wool Blend Coat I haven't gotten a new "winter coat" (living in FL doesn't require a real winter coat) in several years, and I'm kind of obsessed with this beautiful white coat.

3. Michael Kors Vivian 57mm Sunglasses I still love my Marc Jacobs sunglasses I got from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, and they even replaced them for free when a screw got loose and my lens popped out while in the Bahamas. So, after having such a great experience with them I may just have to get all my sunglasses there from now on...

4. Solid Woven Cashmere Scarf Such a beautiful and soft scarf that's just begging to be worn, plus it comes in a variety of colors.

5. Kate Spade Idiom It Takes Two Bangle It's no secret that I have a slight obsession with KS bangles, and this is the perfect addition to any collection.

6. Capelli of New York Glitter Clutch I've been on the hunt for a clutch for the upcoming holiday season and various weddings, and this one is perfect.

7. Steve Madden Delerius Pumps Fabulous pair of nude pumps that'll go great with pretty much everything.

8. Kate Spade Veranda Place Pouch Such a pretty makeup pouch for traveling or fun overnights.

Wardrobe Want Wednesday

I apologize for being such a bad blogger! Work has been beyond hectic, and H's parents are down for the week on vacation and are staying with us so we've been taking them out and showing them around every night and of course took them over to our lot and showed them the model home and walked through a replica of our house being built. Speaking of our house, H finally saw online today that our permits have FINALLY been approved through the county and city! Hopefully that means construction will finally begin next week!

I saw another blogger post a Wardrobe Want Wednesday, and thought it'd be fun. I have a lot of wardrobe wants, but I'll just stick to my main "wants" for now.
