I'm Blushing

Hello Hump Day - you popped up quick as we took the day off for my birthday, and treated ourselves to a long weekend to celebrate. And by celebrate, I mean a pool day on Saturday before grabbing my favorite margarita at a local spot and then going out for ice cream, annual hibachi dinner with friends who are like family, and a day of social distancing with my little fam at a local theme park since we are passholders. I know that sounds like an oxy-moron but it's true. We were outside the whole time, everyone had masks on and temps taken at the gate, and hardly ever got close to others. It's a beautiful thing, and it makes me never want to see theme parks crowded again. I told my husband ahead of time that if at any point I felt uncomfortable that I would want to leave immediately. I'm happy to report I never felt uncomfortable, and there were points while walking where we didn't even see other people. I plan on re-capping all the fun in a few days, and am looking forward to settling back into hibernation.

I'm excited to share a new-to-me line called Blush Mark (scroll down to the bottom of this post for a coupon code to save 20% off your next order). I'm always on the hunt for cozy chic items especially since we are spending so much time at home or just running out to grab a quick bite and support local.

Tank {Similar} | Skirt | Sunnies | Marble Watch | Leopard Sneakers | Pearl Barrette | Lipstick in Creme Cup

*Lil' Miss was just there for the chips and salsa*

For our hibachi fun night, I wore this dress for the first time and it was perfect for dinner out. I paired it with wedges and my new face mask since hibachi is unfortunately inside. It was Lil' Miss' first ever hibachi experience, and she was scared at first and then next thing I knew she was drumming her chopsticks everywhere and officially having fun.

And how FUN are the statement sleeves on this top?! It's such a fun piece that can be for work or play. The only downside was it was much more of a bold yellow on the website, and a paler yellow in person. Still pretty nonetheless.

Top {only $12} | Shorts | Sandals | Barrettes | Lipstick in Creme Cup

Don't forget you can save 20% at Blush Mark now through September 30th with code BMa3f3C20
