Playing Catch Up

This week has been a whirlwind since getting back from CT a few days ago, I just haven't gotten my bearings back. Hoping the three-day weekend will help me re-charge and play catch up.

1. I didn't have the time this week to do a full recap of my trip up to CT to visit family and meet my adorable new nephew. So, I wanted to share some of the highlights of the trip today. If you were following along on instagram (@greenfashionista) and snapchat (@greenfashonista), you already saw some pics and snow tubing videos.

Afterwards, we went snow tubing and then to have dinner at my cousin's house where my brother, aunt, and uncle joined us as well. It was so nice to see everyone, and reminisce about good times. And of course spend time with their German Shepard named Titan who is the most adorable and lovable doofus ever.

2. Other than meeting my nephew and spending time with family, my favorite part of the trip was snow tubing at Powder Ridge.

3. I came home to a surprise in the mail from the sweet Emelia. How cute is that valentine?!

4. Roxy always gets excited for her Chewy shipment, and this month she is enjoying Greenies which lets face it - is a treat for both of us since it's freshening her breath too.

5. If you've been around these parts for a while, you'll know that I'm pretty loyal to Jet Blue and Southwest especially while flying domestic or to the Caribbean (they have the best prices, most non-stop routes, most legroom, free snacks, and free checked bags - well Jet Blue used to.) Southwest sent me some drink coupons after flying them to Punta Cana in October, and I happily cashed some of them in on the flight back from CT (flew up to CT on Jet Blue of course). I thoroughly enjoyed one of their new margaritas, and finished with a Baileys and coffee. Double yum!
