Black is the new black

It's official - black is the new black. Also - I'm still not ok that Orange is the New Black is officially over. If anyone wants to chat about the series finale - I'm game! But back to some of my favorite new pieces hanging up in my closet from Femme Luxe. Super affordable and super cute! I can't get over this darling Babydoll Mini Dress or how insanely comfy this Top and Trousers set is. It's technically a lounge wear set, but HUGE bonus points that it can be worn to the office with a fun pair of heels.

When I'm wearing black on black, I usually try to mix it up with a bright or sparkly pair of heels and a colorful statement necklace to add a much needed pop.

This flirty dress is perfect for weekend fun, and can be worn on it's own or over leggings. I decided to pair it with my favorite slouchy ankle booties before enjoying some happy hour cocktails to kick off the weekend.
