Going with the Flow

I live in dresses throughout the year, but in the heat of a Florida summer they're a necessity. My favorites are strappy flowy pieces that create a good airflow. I spotted this dress at Kohls last week, and loved the fun strappy details and the tiered trapeze hemline.
