Strawberry Blondie Hearts

I'm not really a fan of Valentine's Day, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the festive goodies that come along with the holiday. Give me some cake that's pink and I'm a happy camper....

Ingredients

1 box of strawberry cake mix
1 large egg
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of milk
3/4 cup of white chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and milk, you'll want the batter to be thick/dense
Then mix in the white chocolate chips
Transfer batter to a greased 11x7 cake pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Once baked, allow the cake to cool for about 20-30 minutes so the center sets

*My little helper*

Once the cake is cooled after about 20-30 minutes, you can use festive cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes.
