A Great Mascara is a Girl's Best Friend

Just like every other woman, my mascara collection is rather large. Every time I think I'd like to try out a new one I always come back to my tried and true favorites.




My favorites lately have been Maybelline's Falsies and Make Up For Ever for every day, and Benefit's They're Real! for a more dramatic look on the weekends. But hands down my 2 favorites are and probably always will be Maybelline's Falsies and Benefit's They're Real! These two mascaras give my lashes the most volume and length that I have not been able to obtain with any other mascara.




Combining one of my 2 favorite mascaras with Tarte's MultiplEYE primer gives me an even more dramatic effect, and I no longer feel the need to apply false lashes for big events. 

What's your favorite mascara? Is it a drug store brand or a pricier designer brand?

    I need to get some mascara primer stat! I love the Falsies and when I tried to get They're Real, it was sold out!

    I only recently discovered They're Real (where have I been?!) and it's now one of my go-tos! Love it!

    I had been on the search for mascara that makes my lashes look really long. Someone recommended a Wet N Wild kind - and it has worked really well!!

    They're Real is my favorite. I am obsessed. At this point its the only one I own. I don't even want to keep looking.

    I haven't tried those but I have heard they're great! Right now I'm loving Maybelline Great Lash (good old pink and green tube!) it works well and it's super affordable!

    You know I'm a huge fan of They're Real! I've been getting sick of how hard it is to remove at night lately so I've switched over to Bare Minerals Lash Domination and I'm loving that too!

    I've tried pretty much every brand there is, and I will use L'Oreal Voluminous Million lash for as long as they make it. I also actually like Clinique's mascara too, but only as a once in a while.

    Haha so funny - I wrote about mascara (and The Falsies) today, too! I haven't tried much more than drugstore brands, so I think I might need to splurge one of these days :)

    I love They're Real too. I usually use that one or one of my L'Oreal ones that I also love :)

    I'vw loved Falsies for a while now and Too Faced's Better than Sex! i swear I have a sample size of They're Real but can't remember ever using it.

    Mascara is my ultimate favorite beauty product, I have a bunch too. I am currently using YSL babydoll and LOVE it.

    Mascara and eyeliner are both must haves for me. I use L'oreal million lashes and man I love the thing... Seriously the best!

    I layer mascara as well. Two faves at the moment are Dior Addict It-Lash (similar to They're Real but even better!) and Rimmel Scandal Eyes Rockin' Curves.

    I am still waiting on Too Faced to make their "Better than Sex" in waterproof. It's my all time favorite but I have oily lids and it just makes a mess throughout the day :(
