Ingredients
~ 1 stick of unsalted butter
~ 3/4 cup of light brown sugar, firmly packed
~ 1/4 cup of sugar
~ 1 egg
~ 1 tbsp. of vanilla
~ 2 tbsp. of half and half
~ 2 cups of all-purpose flour
~ 2 tsp. of corn starch
~ 1 tsp. of baking soda
~ 1 and 1/2 cups of candy corn
~ 1 cup of white chocolate chips
Directions
Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg, and vanilla on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes until fluffy.
Add half and half, flour, corn starch, and baking soda and mix on low speed for 1 minute.
Add candy corn and white chocolate chips and mix through entire mixture.
Refrigerate dough for at least 3 hours before baking, as dough will spread and cook too thin if it's warm and not chilled.
Once dough is chilled, preheat oven to 350 degrees, and scoop dough onto non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 9 minutes.
