Green Creamsicles

I've been on a bit of a healthier lifestyle kick lately during the week, mostly due to the nutrition lunch and learn at work a few weeks ago that really opened my eyes to how important it is to eat organic.

So, when I stumbled upon the below picture and recipe on Amanda's instagram I was excited to try it out for breakfast over the weekend.

Ingredients

1-2 cups of spinach, rinsed
1 orange, peeled
1/2 cup of organic skim milk (may try the almond milk next time)
1 tbsp. of natural vanilla
2 cups of ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender or juicer until fully combined, and enjoy.
