Sips and Baubles for a Good Cause

Sips and Baubles for a Good Cause

A girls night out for a good cause that includes bubbles and baubles? Yes please! Mikaela hosted a fabulous event with 20% of the proceeds from the evening benefiting The Children's Heart Foundation. So, I scooped up another initial charm to add to my "K" from the last event. This time, I got an "S" for lil' miss which now makes my necklace look like KS for Kendra Scott - ha! I woke up the next morning still dreaming of the new spring collection filled with pretty hues of teal, peach, and of course rose gold.

*Started off the evening with some rosé at the Color Bar where I chose my charm*

*A pendant necklace is always a good idea*

*Loved this gift set combo of a necklace and a scented candle*

Pop Fizz Clink

Pop Fizz Clink

I shared the fun from last weekend, but wanted to go into more detail of my casual brunch look. I usually lean towards a flowy sundress or maxi dress for Sunday Funday, but decided to switch it up this time and rock my favorite jeans with a strappy top and studded heels.

It's no secret that brunch is my favorite meal of the week, and I love discovering all the amazing and shall I mention bottomless mimosas spots around Central Florida. If you're looking for a good brunch, unlimited bubbles, and even some water views your options are endless. Cheers to that!

Strength and Grace

Strength and Grace

I'm not one to make New Year's resolutions, but I am a big fan of setting personal goals as we begin the new year. This year I'd like to build strength, and have more grace. For myself, and to others...

My favorite workout at the new Bar Method Lake Mary will help with both, as I not only build strength but with grace. I can take that, and bring it into every day life by showing myself more grace and not being so hard on myself or on others.

I also believe you don't have to empty your bank account on athleisure-wear for working out (or if we're being honest a Target or coffee run). As much as I love Lululemon and Zella, and the pieces I have from them are amazing quality and have lasted forever - Target and Old Navy have really stepped up their game on workout gear over the years and are affordable choices to get that motivation to make it to the gym or workout studio.

Keyhole Tank {Less than $15} | Strappy Sports Bra | High Waist Leggings {also available in plus sizes}

*Grace and Flexibility*

*Strength and Balance*

*Straps for some extra spicy seat work*

In the past, I've done a review of Barre3 vs. The Bar Method to point out how similar the workouts are while also having several key differences. The review also has links to some free YouTube videos to do the workout at home.

*This post was not sponsored, I just love the work out that much and believe it carries into every aspect of life

Ladies Who Brunch

Ladies Who Brunch

A beautiful weekend with the perfect balance of fun and relaxation was just what the doctor ordered after the first full week of the year. Please pass the coffee as we head into week 2...

We had a very belated birthday celebration for Emily over brunch, bottomless mimosas, and lake views at Canvas Restaurant and Market. The food was delish, the market had so many cute trinkets, and they even continued to keep the mimosas flowing as we moved from our table to outdoor seating on the lake. Yes please!
