My favorite workout at the new Bar Method Lake Mary will help with both, as I not only build strength but with grace. I can take that, and bring it into every day life by showing myself more grace and not being so hard on myself or on others.
I also believe you don't have to empty your bank account on athleisure-wear for working out (or if we're being honest a Target or coffee run). As much as I love Lululemon and Zella, and the pieces I have from them are amazing quality and have lasted forever - Target and Old Navy have really stepped up their game on workout gear over the years and are affordable choices to get that motivation to make it to the gym or workout studio.

In the past, I've done a review of Barre3 vs. The Bar Method to point out how similar the workouts are while also having several key differences. The review also has links to some free YouTube videos to do the workout at home.
*This post was not sponsored, I just love the work out that much and believe it carries into every aspect of life

ReplyDeleteI don't own a single thing from Lululemon, but I hear great things about it! All. the. time. I agree that Old Navy and Target have really stepped up their game, and that's where I've gotten my most recent workout wear. I have never tried Barre!!! I think I'd love it.
