Coffee Days Champagne Nights

Happy Friday and National Coffee Day!

Graphic Tee - Private Party | Shorts {Only $20!} - Target |  Shoes - Adidas | Necklace - Rocksbox | Sunnies {similar} - Tory Burch | Double Ring - Kendra Scott | Lipstick in Bombshell - MAC

Even though you'll often catch me with Starbucks or Dunkin in hand, I'm a huge fan of drinking local. My favorite local coffee shop by far was Lucky Goat that I visited and toured while in Tallahassee last year.

Dramatic Florals

Dramatic Florals

It may say fall on the calendar, but one of the many reasons I moved to Florida was to enjoy warmer temps year round and kiss old man winter goodbye. With that means our fall weather doesn't arrive until it's technically winter on the calendar, so I stay true to myself and continue to wear pieces that won't make me sweat just looking at them. When fall arrives on the calendar, I begin to mix in darker pieces and chunkier accessories when appropriate while staying cool in the heat. Some of my favorites are a maxi striped dress and darker florals, and I've been like a kid in a candy store browsing all the fun and flirty options at Zaful. I wore this showstopping maxi to an event over the weekend and not only was it beautiful and comfortable, but I loved letting people know who told me they loved my dress that it was less than $30!

Dress - Zaful | Jelly Sandals - Michael Kors | Sunnies {similar} - Tory Burch | Watch - Kate Spade | Double Ring - Kendra Scott | Clutch {5 colors} - Rebecca Minkoff | Lipstick in Bombshell - MAC

I fell in love with this dress because of the dramatic open back, the slit in the front making it flowy, and the darker floral print which would carry me into fall.

Millenia Fashion Week

Millenia Fashion Week

With all the excitement of Fashion Week going on in New York and London, I loved that our city was also putting on events to showcase looks for the upcoming season.

To celebrate Millenia Fashion Week, my friend and I were invited to the Macy's Fall Fashion Show to take in all the fun looks for fall. The best part was every single piece featured in the show was available to purchase that day in store. So much fun, but not so much for our wallets!

The event was hosted by E! News correspondent and Style Expert Stacee Michelle, and featured different themes of runway looks from Less is More to More is More. There were also vendors with fun treats, coffee, fashion illustrations, and charities to support. I'm still craving the delicious cake pops they were sampling!

After the fashion show, we made our way over to Earls for a post-show cocktail and some food. I hadn't been there since they took over the old Blue Martini location and was excited to check it out.

We tried the Grapefruit Negroni and the Frozen Pink Lemonade - both were delish and super refreshing to combat the heat.

Their spinach dip was different than others I've had in the past but was delish! And the bread for dipping -YUM!

Pampered and Relaxed

Pampered and Relaxed

After all the stress preparing for Hurricane Irma, it was such a nice treat to escape for a little while at the newest Couture Med Spa location in Oviedo. Central Florida friends - there are now 3 convenient locations of this fabulous sanctuary in Winter Park, Oviedo, and Ocoee. Their services include Botox and fillers, microblading, tattoo removal, trusculpting, laser hair removal, and spa treatments such as facials, peels, and waxing.

I was greeted by my esthetician, and then had a fun tour with the Practice Administrator Kim around the beautiful brand new facility. My favorite spot was the Member Lounge where members can enjoy a relaxing chair massage with a cup of tea before or after their service.

I enjoyed a complimentary hydrafacial which was nothing short of amazing! A hydrafacial is a non-invasive, multistep treatment that combines the benefits of next level hydradermabrasion, a chemical peel, automated painless extractions, and a special delivery of antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides.

My skin feels amazing, and I'm now experiencing that effortless glow. My esthetician also gave me a great tip to look for facial sunscreen that pertains true zinc and I even received a sample in my goody bag. I will definitely be putting it to good use on my next pool or beach day now that the storm has passed.
