Ingredients
1 box of sugar free vanilla cake mix
1 cup of lite cool whip
2 cups of fat free greek yogurt
1 bag of mini cadbury eggs
Directions
Smash the bag of cadbury eggs, so they break into smaller pieces (I put them into a ziploc, and hit with a hammer to crush them)
Mix together the cake mix, cool whip, and yogurt until well combined.
Fold in the crushed eggs, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Serve with animal crackers, fruit, and/or graham crackers.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
It made more than enough to bring a bowl to Emily's Easter potluck, and a small bowl to my in-laws for Easter dinner.
