I've been on the hunt for a good primer that'll actually stay put throughout the day, and the always flawless
Deborah recommended Becca Ever-Matte Poreless
Priming Perfector. However, I just recently purchased Benefit's
Agent Zero Shine and am going to wait until I finish that before trying something new. But this opened up a door for me to all the fabulous Becca products, and I knew I wanted to start trying them out.
*Can't wait to experiment with this beautiful pressed powder*
This dry shampoo blows Suave and Tresemme out of the water! It smells amazing all day, and gives my hair great lift when it needs it the most.
*Such a pretty scent, definitely packing this in my carry on for Chicago*
Have you ever tried any of the Becca products? If so, which one is your favorite?
Can't wait to hear your review of the pressed powder - it looks really good! I love packing perfume rollers for trips - it's so perfect!
ReplyDeleteI need to get some perfume rollers for traveling! Not that I do it often... maybe I should say I need them for the gym. That's a better justification! :)

Ahhhhh Thanks Kate!!! You're going to love that pressed shimmer powder!! It's absolutely gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear how the dry shampoo works!
ReplyDeleteWith your love for makeup and Sephora, I must ask, Do you get Birchbox? I used to spend tons at Sephora, (ok I still do at times!) but I discovered BB and their points system, which allows me to get makeup for free or next to free.love!!
ReplyDeleteHere's my link in case you want to join, and yes, I get points for it :) And no I'm not a spammer, just super super LOVE Birchbox!

I've heard of Birchbox, but I've always been hesitant to join. How much is it a month?
DeleteIt's 10.00 a month but with the points it's less. I'll try to explain it. OK so 100 points=10.00 in their shop. Their shop is basically like a small version of Sephora. Benefit, I think they have all of their products. as well as tons of other brands.
DeleteThe points add up pretty quickly, because you're guaranteed to get 5 samples each month, I usually get 7, but i've gotten 9 samples before! You doa quick review on each sample you received, takes less than a minute for each one. Each review gets you 10 points. So if you get 5 samples in a month, you get 5.00 back to use in the shop.
I save my points until I have enough for whatever product (s) i want, and they usually have 20% off coupons once a month or more. I've gotten my favorite Bulgari perfume (actually the one you sampled above!) retails for 64.00 usually, with points and savings I paid 14.00 for it once! I got a pack of Stila lipglosses earlier in the summer, 4 glosses, ended up paying 14 cents, yes I said CENTS!
They often have full sized samples as well. Like last month I got a full sized eyeliner that retailed for 16.00.
I feel like I could work for birchbox with as wordy as I am getting! But I really do love them! They have AMAZING customer service as well. Best I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about them! But i'll quit for now :)
That sounds amazing! Thank you so much for breaking it down for me :-D
DeleteYou're Welcome! I love Birchbox! I am super cheap, but like nice things, so I'm all about a good deal! you can use my link to sign up or I can send you an email invite. (Can you tell I'm saving up for a fancy perfume? hahahah!)
DeleteI've heard of Becca products but never tried any for myself! That needs to change soon. I saw a Sephora in Chicago was carrying them... hopefully they are here, too!
ReplyDeleteCant wait to hear a full review of the powder and dry shampoo!
ReplyDeleteI've never even heard of Becca, I don't think my Sephora carries it in-store? I'm curious to see how you like them!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of that brand. The pressed powder and the dry shampoo sounds worth a try.
ReplyDeleteI've not tried any yet, but Moonstone is on my wishlist! My friend is a huge fan of Becca products.
