Ingredients
1 lb. of extra lean ground turkey
3/4 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. of onion powder
1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
3/4 cup of Franks Red Hot (Buffalo Style)
Light blue cheese dressing to garnish and for dipping
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl with a fork.
Roll the mixture into meatballs and place on to cookie sheet lined with foil and bake in the oven at 400 degrees until the sides are browned (about 5 minutes).
Place the meatballs into the crockpot, and pour the red hot on top and cook on low heat for about 2 hours.

I am with Pamela on this - anything with buffalo sauce is a winner in my book! I haven't used ground turkey very much - I don't even know if I like it or would taste the difference between that and ground beef? I bet the seasoning helps make it more flavorful. Thanks for the recipe idea- this obviously sounds like something I need to try!

I usually struggle with buffalo things being too spicy for me, but being able to make them at home and add in as much spice as I want will be helpful!! Pinning this one :)
