Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

I know I've mentioned many times how much I love my crockpot, but I'm going to tote it again today. There seriously is nothing better during the week than coming home to a fully cooked meal ready to eat. Enter chicken tortilla soup in the crockpot....

~ Diced grilled chicken breast (I use about a handful)
~ 1 can of low sodium black beans
~ 1 can of no salt added corn
~ 1 jar of salsa
~ 3 tbsp. of reduced sodium taco seasoning
~ 2 cans of reduced sodium chicken broth
~ 1/2 brick of reduced fat cream cheese
~ Reduced fat cheddar cheese and sour cream and tortilla chips/strips for garnishing

Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours
