Ingredients
~ Diced grilled chicken breast (I use about a handful)
~ 1 can of low sodium black beans
~ 1 can of no salt added corn
~ 1 jar of salsa
~ 3 tbsp. of reduced sodium taco seasoning
~ 2 cans of reduced sodium chicken broth
~ 1/2 brick of reduced fat cream cheese
~ Reduced fat cheddar cheese and sour cream and tortilla chips/strips for garnishing
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours

ReplyDeleteI have noticed you use the diced, frozen chicken from Target a lot...I may need to invest (looks like a handy thing to have around). Also, I only have a tiny crockpot...wedding registry here I come :)
