Ingredients
Boneless pork tenderloin
Medium yellow onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, diced
1 cup of light beer
1 tbsp. of light brown sugar
1 tbsp. of chili powder
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
Directions
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray
Chop onion and garlic and place in the bottom of the crockpot
Pour in beer
Combine brown sugar, chili, and cinnamon in a small bowl
Rinse and pat dry the pork tenderloin, rub the brown sugar and spices on the tenderloin
Place pork on top of the onions and garlic in the crockpot
Cook on low for 8-10 hours
When cooked, shred the pork with a fork and serve on rolls with BBQ sauce and pickles

ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE pulled pork!!! We always just throw it in the crockpot with just barbecue sauce, and it's so easy! I definitely want to try it this way without the overpowering sauce sometime, too!!

That looks delightful! What kind of crockpot do you have? I'm in the market for a new one, mine only has 3 temp settings so cooking something while I'm at work all day isn't feasible.
