Kate Spade & Michael Kors Sale Goodies

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is hands down my favorite sale of the year. In my opinion it trumps my other favs which are the Bath and Body Works Semi-Annual Sale, Victoria's Secret Semi-Annual Sale (boo to them no longer selling clothes), and the Sephora VIB Sale. I posted about my picks from the sale here, and I ended up purchasing three of the items I had my heart set on before the sale opened up to "the rest of us".

I had been wanting this watch for several months, and was a little bummed at first that the only color they had left on sale was cobalt. But the color grew on me, and now that I have it and am wearing it I can't get over how gorgeous the bold color of the band is. And how cute is that "straw" as the second hand?

I knew I needed a new crossbody bag for nights out, and for upcoming trips where I'd be doing a lot of walking and thought this one fit the bill perfectly. I chose the color indigo which looks more purple in person so that it could be worn year round. 
Living in Florida now means I (thankfully) don't need a winter coat. However, I do find myself caught in downpours from time to time, and a good raincoat has definitely become a necessity. I chose this MK beauty in Sapphire, and noticed a trend of all blue-hued items with my entire order from the sale.

    Love that watch!!! I've loved it since I saw it! I know you'll get a bunch of use out of it. But girl, that blue trench!!!! Oh my gosh I am in love!!! :) Such a pretty blue! Great finds!

    Love these picks! Of course I'm obsessed with that watch and I actually picked up that blue one for my sister for her birthday. That coat color is gorgeous, perfect for fall!

    I love everything that you got! The watch is gorgeous - the blue band is so fun and different! My trench came in yesterday and is just still too big :( Such a bummer! The hunt continues!

    I love all your purchases!! That blue coat is gorgeous!!! I think that watch is so fun, and I have been wanting to get a cross body bag for instances like you said but haven't committed to one yet. Toting around heavy purses on my shoulder all day is not my favorite when I am out and about!

    Those are all super cute and also very practical purchases!! I am all about having a good going-out or a good travel purse too. I have a Michael Kors trench/rain coat that I've had for a few years that is very similar to yours, except it is khaki. :-)
