Pumpkin Pie Martini

We all love a good festive cocktail, and I came across this delicious seasonal concoction the other night when I brought home a bottle of Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie for an upcoming Halloween themed party. We all love RumChata with Fireball (Cinnamon Toast Crunch anyone?), so I knew mixing RumChata with pumpkin pie vodka would be equally delish.

Ingredients

1 shot of Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie vodka
1 shot of RumChata

For the rim of martini glass:

Pumpkin pie spice
Ground nutmeg
Cinnamon
Dash of sugar

Directions

Mix together a dash of each spice with the sugar on a small plate, wet the rim of the martini glass with a little water and turn the glass upside down and coat the rim with the mixture.

Add ice to the glass and pour in 1 shot of the pumpkin vodka and 1 shot of RumChata, and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy!
