Long Weekend Favs

Yesterday was my Friday, and I couldn't be happier for the long weekend. My sis-in-law and her husband flew in last night, and I'm looking forward to hanging out with them this weekend. Time for some poolside drinks, touristy fun, and brunch on the lake.

But first up, here are some of my favs from this past week:

1. It's starting to feel like fall around here, and I was prepared with some Monday Night Football (Chiefs got a HUGE win over the Pats!), Fall Harvest Woodchuck, and pumpkin scented candles.





2. Cooler temps equal I'm back in the kitchen baking again. I tried out a new recipe for candy corn and white chocolate chip cookies which were delish! Recipe coming on Tuesday for our weekly link up.



3. Why must Barre3 be so expensive? I was super happy to find a free class this week, such an amazing work out! I feel like I'm dying in the middle of the class, but afterwards I feel great and am so glad I went.




4. Loved that last night was my Friday which called for some happy hour drinks at a local tequila bar. $2 martinis for ladies night = YUM!

    I LOVE that second pinterest look with the green vest, pearls, and big boots!! That football pumpkin is also amazing. I cannot wait to see that white chocolate/candy corn recipe!
