Speaking of Cinco de Mayo, Pamela and I celebrated in style complete with deliciously fresh margaritas, yummy Mexican food, and even a little dancing.

My toasted almond coffee from Dunkin' the next morning was a necessity. I've been on such a Starbucks kick lately that I forgot how much I love my Dunkin'. Definitely hit the spot!
Reps from KINDSnacks came to work where we got to make our own breakfast parfaits and take home nutrition bars. What I love about their products is that everything is healthy and made from real food with only ingredients you can pronounce. If you read the labels of a lot of so-called nutrition bars (*cough cough* Quest Bars I'm looking at you!) and you'll find a lot of chemicals and fake ingredients such as sucralose. Yuck... no thanks! The parfaits were delish and were made with vanilla greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and various granola mixes.
