It's no secret around here my love for bubbly, which is more commonly referred to by me as "champs". And my absolute favorite bubbly is Wilson Creek's Almond Champagne. It's the perfect blend of champagne with a nice almond flavoring. It almost tastes as if someone poured a few drops of amaretto into some champagne... YUM!
So, I decided to take it a step further and make my own concoction of almond champagne with a dash of coconut rum and grenadine. The results were even more delish!
What are some of your favorite bubbly collaborations?
