I'm still working on re-building my work wardrobe after several years of not having a dress code, and have found 2 more affordable pieces that make a great addition to the M-F line up. Pencil skirts are always a great idea, and this oneis super comfy too. I also fell in love with the scallop edges on this jumpsuit, and did I mention it has pockets?! Yes please! I am THAT girl trying to carry her lap top, coffee, and my work phone on me to meetings. At least with pockets, I no longer need to carry my phone or my badge.
I wear a lot of skirts and dresses to work because they're just a lot more comfortable than pants with a waistband digging in while sitting at a computer and in meetings all day. However, this jumpsuitis a game changer. Beautiful, crisp, scallop edge detailing, and it HAS POCKETS. Mic drop! Just add a cardigan for those arctic office temperatures. Why does every office keep it SO cold? I do like to feel my fingers and toes ya know!
That's one perk of getting a new job that requires a bit of dress-up. You HAVE to get new clothes! I love that your two main featured pieces are from Shein. You always wonder (even with great reviews) how they'll look on. The good thing about Shein is that there are photo gallery photos with some of the reviews, which I find really helpful. You look so cute in both and ready for those meetings! And I'm with you on the air temperature inside. Why don't office buildings have windows that open so we can enjoy the beautiful days and not frigid A/C temps???
What a cute knit skirt! :) I love pencil skirts for the office, although I agree with you it's always so cold! I have a cardigan in my desk and I try get outside for a walk at lunchtime to warm up a bit in summer!
Hope that you had a great weekend :) It was a hot one here, summer has definitely arrived!
Cheers to Friday my friend! These outfits are absolutely darling and so are you!
