I've got the cobalt blues

I think it's safe to say that if I'm walking through Express, and I see a cobalt blue dress or top I have to have it. Such a beautiful and vibrant color no matter what time of year. I fell in love with not just the color of this dress, but also the asymmetrical hem which gives it such a pretty flow as you move.
