Pimento Cheese Dip

I decided to try out one of Justine and Emily's recipes for the Kickoff to the Holidays Party, and it was absolutely delish!

Ingredients

8 oz. block of reduced fat cream cheese
8 oz. of shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of light mayo
4 oz. jar of diced pimentos
1 jalapeno, chopped
Garlic powder and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixer and serve with crackers and/or veggies. Refrigerate any leftovers.

  1. I tried Pimento for the first time this year on my trip to North Carolina. It is so different from anything I've every tasted. Great flavor for a dip.
