Ingredients
1 block of reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup of pure pumpkin puree
1 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 cup of reduced fat or fat free sour cream
1 tsp. of cinnamon
2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. of ground nutmeg
1 cup of fat free cool whip
Directions
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth on low speed
Add pumpkin puree, sour cream, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined
Fold in the cool whip
Refrigerate for an hour before serving
Serve with graham crackers, gingersnaps, and apple wedges.

Not going to lie... I'm not usually much of a pumpkin pie person but this dip sounds really good! I think the cream cheese and powdered sugar do it for me! :)
