1. Went to happy hour with Emily and a couple of our girlfriends to catch up over some drinks and yummy apps. Girl time is always good for the soul.
2. Enjoyed a b-day lunch with my team at work where I was of course embarrassed with a loud rendition of happy birthday.
3. I've been browsing Sephora online looking to use my b-day gift cards and I've fallen in love with Becca's Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Powder.
Can be found here
4. Finally cashed in my Tory Burch b-day credit (sign up now if you haven't already, and you'll get $50 to use on their site or in stores during your birthday month) and went with the cuff instead of the makeup bag because it was too small to carry my makeup brushes and Naked palettes. I know I know... first world problems..

5. Continuing to bust my butt in Barre3, that class is NO JOKE! I'm sore for a few days after, but it's so worth it. I actually look forward to going to class and feeling that burn and am already loving the results. Such an amazing workout, and the hour really goes by fast.
Linking up today with Lauren for High Five on Friday and Amanda for Friday Favorites. Hop on over and join us! Happy Friday!

ReplyDeleteHey Kate! I'm glad you had a fabulous birthday! I like the cuff better! Great choice! This post is making me want to try a barre class! I took ballet growing up and it reminds me if that. Okay girl, have a wonderful weekend! Xx
ReplyDeleteLiterally obsessed with your Tory cuff! So cute! I for sure need to do that $50 credit next year. I can't believe I didn't know about it! And your bday lunch looks so good!! Happy Friday!

ReplyDeleteLooks like a great weekend! Did you go to cheesecake factory for your birthday? I need to try a barre3 class. I've totally lost interest in the gym but need something to whip me back into shape.
ReplyDeleteI am SO SAD that Barre3 isn't available here. :(
ReplyDeleteHurrah for continued birthday celebrations and girls' night out!
ReplyDeleteI've been eyeing the Moonstone powder for a long time, it's on my wishlist :) Enjoy your relaxing weekend and pool time!

ReplyDeleteYeah for happy hour! I get so embarrassed when they sing in front of everyone! Oh boy.
ReplyDeleteI loooove going out for drinks and apps. So many times I'd rather just get appetizers than any actual meal I see on the menu lol. Also looove that TB cuff!
ReplyDeleteThat girls night looks like so much fun! Also I wish I could do that barre move but still don't have full range of motion in my big toe since my surgery! Soon!
