In a small mixing bowl combine:
2 avocados that have been peeled, pitted, and mashed
1/2 of a small sweet onion, minced
1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
3 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. garlic salt
Chill for 30 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips

ReplyDeleteLooks nice and easy spread! I always want to make this for parties but hate how quickly avocados start turning brown. i heard lime juice helps avoid that tho.
