Tuesday's Recipe Swap ~ Cake Mix Cookies

One of my favorite (and easiest!) recipes is for cake mix cookies. They taste just like a little piece of cake in a bite size cookie.



Ingredients

1 box of cake mix (whatever flavor you'd like)
1 stick of butter
1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl and scoop onto a cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes

    I LOVE cake mix cookies!! They are so easy and so delicious!! Sometimes I even use frosting to put on top!

    I don't know how I've never made cake batter cookies. I love all of the different themes of funfetti Pillsbury has come out with! I need to make these!
