Desperate Need of Chanel

Desperate Need of Chanel

Happy Friday! It's surreal to me that my time at home with baby girl has come to an end, I've enjoyed every second even the challenging days. I plan on taking the next week off from the blogging world to get settled into my new position and figure out how to balance my new schedule and coming home to work out, shower, cook dinner, and spend time with my sweet angel. In the meantime, I'll still be checking in on social media ~ instagram, twitter and snapchat (@greenfashonista). I'm excited...

Playing Tourist in My Own City

Playing Tourist in My Own City

Oh hello Monday, the last one before I return to work which is so bittersweet. I'm excited to get back out into the real world and establish a routine again, but I grow closer to baby girl every day and am going to miss those chubby lil' cheeks so much! With my family still in town, we took my brother out on Friday for some day drinking downtown. He got to check out some local breweries, and we all enjoyed being outside catching up and playing corn hole. *Story behind the $56 margaritas...

Champagne is Always the Answer

Champagne is Always the Answer

Happy Friday! My parents have been in town this past week, and now my brother is here too. Everyone is enjoying soaking up time with lil' miss, and it's great to have us all together which hasn't happened since last summer. Catching up over food, drinks, game nights, and fire pit time have been good for the soul. I'm not the biggest fan of Valentine's Day, but I do love a great sale. And I will never pass up a deal on cozy-chic pieces. MY COZY VALENTINE CHOOSE...

Wrapped Up in Neutrals

Wrapped Up in Neutrals

We don't get many chilly days here in the sunshine state, which is why I moved here from the northeast. So, it's nice that when the temps do drop for a few days due to a cold front that we actually appreciate them, and get to break out fun items like scarves, sweaters, and boots. I'm a huge fan of winter whites, and am smitten with this neutral plaid scarf H got me for Christmas from Nordstrom. Of course, I had to break it out to combat the chill in the air last week. Scarf {Sold Out - similar}-...

Recharge Weekending

Recharge Weekending

After some great news on Friday and a fun weekend including a fantastic yoga class on Sunday, I'm officially recharged and excited to have my family in town. Friday was food truck night, so we ventured out in the crappy weather for some heart attack inducing food and  drinks at a local brewery before heading home for the night to watch Suicide Squad. We were excited about the movie, but found the special effects to be seriously lacking. On Saturday, we took baby girl to her...
