Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Blend 1/2 cup of butter (softened), 3/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp. of baking powder, 1 tsp. of baking soda, 2 tsp. of vanilla, and 2 eggs until combined.
Add 1 package of Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips. Once combined, add 2 and 2/3 cups of flour and mix until combined.
Scoop onto baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

ReplyDeleteI make these same cookies but add in a tiny drop of green food coloring to the batter and call them Grinch Cookies! I'm already planning on making them for Christmas - they're SO good!
