Packing for an Alaska Cruise

Tap tap... is this thing on? I just saw that it's been over 2 months since I hit publish on a blog post. What can I say - things have been crazy. Some really hard stuff, some good stuff, and just all kinds of crazy busy.

We celebrated Easter, Lil' Miss has had lots of birthday parties, we've had lots of trips to Universal (we are annual passholders), Emily and I saw AJ McLean and Joey Fatone at the Hard Rock Live last month which was amazing, we drove up to Savannah for a few nights for spring break, and I'm currently getting ready to set sail on my first ever Alaska Cruise to cover a work event. I promise to come back and recap our trip to Savannah and the concert, but right now I'm thinking about packing all the warm things for my first time ever in Alaska.

Even though I'm mostly packing sweaters, leggings, and boots I am packing my new bathing suit for the hot tub and indoor pools. I'm super excited for these fleece lined joggers that are also water resistant which will be perfect for kayaking in Ketchikan. And of course mineral facial sunscreen because hello safe sun.

Cruise ships are also notorious for crappy hair dryers in the state rooms, so I have started packing my hair dryer brush which was a game changer on my last cruise! Am I missing anything? Please let me know so I can add it to my suitcase!

  4. The Revlon One-Step is a game changer. I found that during 2020, and it is still one of my most favorite purchases!!!
