I started off Friday with a creme brûlée coffee from Dunkin before heading out that afternoon for a second round of coffee in a beautiful red cup and happy hour at one of my favorite local spots. After a yummy mimosa and buffalo chicken eggrolls, we walked around to the cute little shops and took in the Christmas lights.
Saturday was the Christmas parade downtown, and baby girl was mesmerized by all the pretty lights. The highlight of the parade was seeing the Budweiser Clydesdales. Such beautiful horses!
"Leg Lamp" float from A Christmas Story
Sunday, I went down the street to my fav neighbor's for our annual gift wrapping party. We enjoyed brunch complete with mimosas while wrapping the last of our Christmas gifts for family and friends. Girl time with lovely ladies is always good for the soul.

Your approach have to also prevent each physical and mental overtraining; doing too much too soon can deliver disastrous effects, together with the ripping or tearing of the muscle groups, straining of the ligaments, dislocation of the joints, and even the breaking of the bones. http://musclegainfast.com/ef13-muscle-supplement/
