Weekend Shenanigans

We had a nice relaxing weekend which is just what I needed after such a stressful week at work and H's dad got here since they're closing on their house here :-D

~ Happy Hour at home Friday included Mario Yahtzee

~ And sparklers :)

~ I picked up a HUUUUGE watermelon at the grocery store 

~ We've been eating watermelon all weekend

~ I picked up this little guy for only $2.80 at Target (fyi all their garden/patio accessories are on clearance) Which I'll never understand why they put all their summer stuff on clearance in the beginning of June. I'm not complaining because then we can stock up on summer stuff for cheap, but what is their reasoning behind getting rid of the summer stuff when summer hasn't even officially started yet? It's like Christmas stuff hitting stores the day after Labor Day...

~ Our little planter in the pool area is now complete

~ Margs by the pool

~ Our neighbor came over and installed the breakfast bar lights that they so kindly gifted to us since they picked up new ones

~ Our kitchen is now complete too :)
